We hope sharing our Managing Bias training and Harassment Policy publicly as part of our People Practices site helps start a discussion – both to assist smaller companies thinking about this for the first time, and to improve ourselves by learning from other companies’ experiences. We are not perfect and don’t have all the answers, but believe if more companies are open about their people practices, we can learn from each other.
